Campoal: Similar Petitions only showing up related to certain petitions

Hello,

under Appearance you can set, for example, that “Similar Petitions” should be displayed. But this seems to be a setting that is ALWAYS valid, right? Suppose I have two petitions A and B and want to show similar petitions under A and not under B. Would this be possible at all.
